CONCERNED ABOUT TRAVELING? LOOKING FOR FLEXIBILITY IN YOUR PLANS? We get it. Whether you’re already booked on a cruise, or are thinking about it, we want you to Cruise with Confidence. That’s why Azamara, Celebrity Cruises & Royal Caribbean will let you cancel any cruise that sets sail from now through July 31, 2020. Whether it’s a booking you already have or one you make right now, you’re covered. As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before you set sail, you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit. The credit can be used toward any cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021.

Q : What is the Cruise with Confidence policy?
A : Effective March 6, 2020, the new Cruise with Confidence policy allows our guests to cancel any cruise departing on-or-before July 31st, 2020, up to 48 hours before departure, and receive a Future Cruise Credit that can be applied to any future cruise departing in 2020 or 2021.

Q : Do all sailings qualify for “Cruise with Confidence”?
A : The new Cruise with Confidence policy includes all sailings departing on-or-before July 31st, 2020 from any port.

Q : How long will I have to redeem my Future Cruise Credit?
A : All Cruise with Confidence Future Cruise Credits must be redeemed on sailings departing on-or-before December 31, 2021.

Q : How do I cancel or move my cruise?
A : Please give your travel advisor a call. Remember, you must notify us by phone of your cancellation at least 48 hours before your sail date. We appreciate your patience as call volume may be higher than normal.

Q : What happens if there’s a difference in cruise fare between the Future Cruise Credit I receive, and the cruise that I would like to book next?
A : If the cruise fare on your new booking exceeds the Future Cruise Credit’s value, you will have to pay the difference. Alternatively, if the new cruise fare is lower than the Future Cruise Credit’s value, a new Future Cruise Credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

Q : Are Future Cruise Credits interchangeable between Royal Caribbean’s family of brands?
A : No, you’ll have to apply your Future Cruise Credit to a future cruise onboard whichever brand you were previously booked on (Azamara, Celebrity Cruises or Royal Caribbean).

Q : Do standard Final Payment timelines still apply during this timeframe?
A : Yes, full payment is still required at 75 days-to-sailing for departures 1-4 nights in length and 90 days-to-sailing for 5+ nights.

Q : How are Non-Refundable Deposit bookings impacted by this policy update?
A : Non-Refundable Deposit bookings sailing on-or-before July 31st, 2020 are eligible for the Cruise with Confidence Policy and follow the same guidelines. Prior to the Final Payment deadline, guests with a Non-Refundable Deposit bookings that wish to change to a different ship or sail date can do so with no fee assessed - the change fee will be waived.

Q : Upon cancellation, will I be credited for any pre-cruise purchases, such as beverage packages, shore excursions, etc.?
A : Yes, pre-cruise purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment.

A : From enhanced boarding screening to heightened sanitation at ships and terminals, we are undertaking every measure to safeguard guests and crew.
