CANCEL POLICY UPDATE
MSC Cruises
Up To 48 Hour Cancellation Before Your Cruise At MSC Cruises USA, we want you to book a cruise with the assurance you need. That's why we've created the CRUISE ASSURANCE PROGRAM - allowing new and existing guests who have booked a cruise through MSC Cruises USA to cancel up to 48 hours prior to their cruise departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit to reschedule your cruise for a future date.

Effective March 10, 2020, guests have greater flexibility on sailings departing through July 31, 2020. If you opt to cancel a booked cruise in the given timeframe, we'll give you a Future Cruise Credit in the amount you paid and you can reschedule your cruise. Your Future Cruise Credit is valid on any cruise departing on or before December 31, 2021.
