“Always Included” Pricing Packages apply to sailings booked and departing on or after November 17, 2020, excluding Galapagos cruises, in an inside, ocean view,
veranda, Concierge Class, or AquaClass® stateroom (“Eligible Bookings”). All guests in an Eligible Booking who choose the “Always Included” pricing package will
receive a Classic Beverage Package, Gratuities (“Tips”) Included, and an unlimited Surf Internet package.
Non-Refundable Deposit: To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable deposit bookings (“NRDB”)
cancelled prior to final payment due date will receive a future cruise credit (“FCC”) in the amount of the deposit minus a $100 per person service fee. This FCC is nontransferable and expires 12-months from the issue date. In addition to canceled NRDB, $100 per person service fee also applies to changes to NRDB ship or sail date.
NRDB are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive, contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings
within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.
Full deposit must be paid by deposit required due date. Standard full deposit penalty is applied if the booking is cancelled within final payment period; See Celebrity’s
cancellation policy for details.
Additional Package Offers: For an additional charge, all guests may receive additional amenities with an upgrade to the Indulge or Elevate package by selecting the
applicable rate. Rate varies by “Elevate” or “Indulge” package choice, length of voyage and stateroom category. The Elevate package includes; Premium Beverage
Package, Tips Included, Onboard Credit (“OBC”) and an Unlimited Surf Internet Package, for all guests in the stateroom. OBC amount varies by length of sailing:
$100 per person for 1-5 night sailings, $150 per person for 6-9 night sailings, and a value of $200 per person for 10 night or longer sailings. The Indulge Package
includes; Premium Beverage Package, Tips Included, OBC and an Unlimited Stream Internet Package, for all guests in the stateroom for the first and second guest.
OBC amount varies by length of sailing: $200 per person for 1-5 night sailings, $300 per person for 6-9 night sailings and a value of $400 per person for 10 night or
longer sailings. All guests in the same stateroom must select the same pricing package at the time of booking. Promo codes are not required. Amenities will be added to
Eligible Bookings within 30 days prior to sailing. All guests with an Eligible Booking in The Retreat will receive the Indulge Package at no additional charge.
Guests’ onboard account will be credited with an OBC based on the rate chosen and length of sailing. OBC has no cash value, cannot be used in an onboard casino,
is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. Tips Included provide
for stateroom, waiter, assistant waiter, and headwaiter gratuities in the amount suggested by Celebrity’s guidelines. Gratuities will be applied to the reservation within
10 days of booking date.
Guests with Internet Packages will receive instructions for Internet access in their staterooms on the first day of the cruise. Xcelerate Stream Package includes highspeed internet with the ability to message or video chat, browse the web, send emails, post on social media, and access streaming video and music. Xcelerate Surf
Package includes basic internet service allowing web browsing, email access and text messenger services.
The Classic and Premium Beverage Package is available for selected drinks only, and does not include room service, in-stateroom purchases, mini bar items or
souvenir glasses. Optional gratuities may apply to certain on-board purchases (such as spa, specialty dining and drinks above the package amount -see below) and
are not included in the Tips Included offer.
The Classic Beverage Package includes all Carbonated Drinks, Bottled Water, Juices including Apple, Cranberry, Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Premium Coffees and
Teas as well as beer, spirits, cocktails and wines by the glass up to $9 per serving. Bottles of wine are not included.

The minimum drinking age for purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages on Celebrity Cruises ships sailing from North America and Canada is 21 years at the
time of sailing, and elsewhere is 18 years to comply with applicable laws. Where the eligible guest in a stateroom is less than the applicable minimum age on the initial
sailing date, a Classic Non-alcoholic beverage package will be provided to this guest instead.
Valid passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before a beverage package will be applied. This is a legal requirement and we
reserve the right to withdraw the package if guests do not meet the qualifying criteria.
Pricing Packages apply to new individual bookings and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings, including HQ Groups, which must be named and deposited
during the offer period. For more information on HQ groups, please contact your Celebrity Sales Manager. Pricing packages are capacity-controlled, availability
varies by sailing, and eligible staterooms may sell out. All pricing packages are non-transferable and applicable only to the Eligible Bookings. Pricing packages are not
combinable with other offers including but not limited to Simply Sail, Loyalty, Travel Partner or Employee Rates. No refunds or credits will be granted for unused options.
Pricing packages are subject to availability and may change without notice, are capacity controlled, and not applicable to charters or contracted groups. Single
occupancy bookings are eligible for all Pricing Packages, but will be limited to a single beverage package and Wi-Fi for one device. Changes to booking may result in
removal of pricing package. Travel Agents: Group bookings that are named prior to the start date of the new pricing strategy cannot be cancelled and rebooked under
Always Included. Named bookings can receive the Always Included amenities, if they change their pricing to prevailing rates. Unnamed group space will receive the
Always Included listed amenities, no action needed.

Cruise With Confidence Offer Details:
Celebrity Cruises’ (“CEL”) “Cruise with Confidence” program allows individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups who booked a cruise on or before April 30, 2021, for cruises sailing before May 4, 2022, to opt in for our “best price guarantee” on their current sailing or cancel their cruise reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date and have the option to either: (i) opt-in to the Cruise with Confidence program and receive a Future Cruise Credit (a “CWC FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise fare the guest paid to CEL for their cruise, or (ii) move their booking to an eligible alternate sailing and receive our “best price guarantee” for the re-booked sailing. If the guest cancels an eligible booking before the 48-hour cut-off and elects to receive a FCC under “Cruise with Confidence:”(a) before the final payment due date of the booking (the Final Payment due date”), if the guest paid a non-refundable deposit (“NRD”) to CEL on the booking, the guest will receive an FCC equal to the amount of the NRD paid. CEL will refund any other payments it received toward the cruise fare.(b) after the Final Payment due date, the guest will receive a CWC FCC equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to CEL. “Cruise with Confidence” is a voluntary program designed to provide guests with different options and additional flexibility when booking a cruise. If a guest does not opt-in to receive a CWC FCC, the cancellation policy tied to the guest’s reservation at booking will continue to apply. However, if a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is subject to cancellation charges that would otherwise have been less than 100% of total cruise fare, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC, the guest agrees to become immediately subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to CEL. By requesting a CWC FCC, the guest waives any right to receive any refund of the cruise fare paid, even if the sailing is later canceled unless the cruise’s embarkation was originally scheduled to occur between November 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021. If a guest elects to receive a CWC FCC, or otherwise cancels his or her reservation or moves it to another sailing, cancellation charges incurred by the guest on the original reservation will not be waived or refunded for any reason, except as otherwise provided herein or required by applicable law. For purposes of our “Lift and Shift” offer, “Eligible alternate sailing” means a booking in the same stateroom category sailing with CEL on the same product (itinerary type) and cruise length scheduled within four weeks before or four weeks after the date of the original sailing but in the subsequent year, departing on or before May 4, 2022. For those sailings, CEL will protect the guest’s original cruise fare and/or promotion so long as the guest moves the eligible booking to the alternative sailing on or before January 31, 2021. Only existing bookings on holiday sailings may be moved to alternate holiday sailing dates.If CEL’s “best price guarantee” results in a decrease in the guest’s cruise fare after the Final Payment due date, then the difference will be provided to guests in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit for use on the guest’s cruise, except for Galapagos sailings where the difference will be provided in a rate adjustment. If CEL’s “best price guarantee” results in a decrease in the guest’s cruise fare before the Final Payment due date, the difference will be provided in a rate adjustment. CEL’s best price guarantee does not apply, and any rate adjustment or onboard credit will be adjusted accordingly or forfeited, if the guest: (i) changes the ship or sail date; (ii) does not qualify for the promotional fare; or (iii) books at a reduced single supplement rate and later converts to double occupancy by adding a second guest. If the guest booked under a combined cruise with promotional air offer, CEL’s best price guarantee applies only to other CEL combined cruise with promotional air offers.“Vacation start date” means the date of the earlier of: (i) the scheduled embarkation of the cruise; or (ii) any pre-cruise hotel stay or Cruisetour package associated with the cruise and booked through CEL. If the guest chooses to move their booking to an eligible alternate sailing in the subsequent year, any cancellation charges incurred based on the prior cancellation schedule will follow the booking to the new sailing. If the guest subsequently cancels his or her booking on the later sailing, the cancellation charges to be assessed will be the cancellation charges incurred: (i) under the original booking’s cancellation schedule; or (ii) under the cancellation schedule for the later sailing, whichever is greater. The booking on the later sailing remains eligible to opt-in to receive a CWC FCC under the terms set forth herein. The Future Cruise Credit offered under the “Cruise with Confidence” program is available only to bookings for named guests for which cruise fare deposits have been paid. The CWC FCC may transferred one time only and may not be redeemed for cash. The CWC FCC’s value may be applied only toward the cruise fare due on a new booking or to satisfy the remaining cruise fare balance due for an existing booking, on Celebrity Cruises, for a sailing scheduled to depart on or before May 4, 2022. If not used on or before the foregoing expiration date, the CWC FCC will automatically expire and have no value. CWC FCCs cannot be used to obtain a refund. Only one FCC may be applied per person, per booking. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request. Restrictions may apply on stateroom category and applicable pricing and promotions. Guest will remain responsible for paying any applicable difference in the cruise fare on the booking if it exceeds the value of the CWC FCC, taxes/fees, port expenses and gratuities (if applicable) for the booking. CEL’s “Cruise with Confidence” program does not apply to bookings made by residents of mainland China, and Hong Kong. Program does not apply to guests booked on chartered sailings or in contracted groups and CWC FCCs may not be used on the same.
