Royal Caribbean International Statement:
“We are pausing all Cruise Brands fleet’s worldwide operation and resuming operations on April 11th, 2020. Royal Caribbean International understands the gravity of the public health crisis confronting the country.
We are taking immediate action by reaching out to all guests who are booked on affected sailings, starting with those departing in the next few days.
We will automatically issue a 125% Future Cruise Credit to come back and sail with us by December 31st, 2021.
- This amount will be based on your total cruise fare paid. And, we’re giving a little extra, knowing that this is such a unique circumstance.
- We will automatically issue your Future Cruise Credit within two weeks of cancellation via e-mail to both the you and your travel advisor.
- If you pre-purchased any amenities or packages – such as internet, beverage, dining, and more – an automatic refund will be administered to the original form of payment.
No action needed on your end, we’ve got this covered!
Alternatively, should you prefer a full refund, we’re happy to process this for you. Don’t rush, refund requests are available through December 31st, 2021 to give you ample time to make a decision. Guests who do request refunds can expect to receive your refund approximately 30 days after the request is submitted”.
