Viking Cruises has sent out the following notification that will affect your upcoming cruise embarking May 1, 2020 – June 30, 2020:
Today, we have made the decision to expand our temporary suspension of cruises through June 30, 2020.
For your now cancelled cruise, we will automatically issue you a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) at 125% value to come back and sail with us!
- 24 months to redeem, to ensure your have ample time to select a new voyage, when you are ready to return to Viking.
- Redeemable on any Viking product, ocean, river or expedition.
- Fully transferable, extra flexibility if you decide you want to pass the voucher on to a loved one.
- Choice to at any time convert your future cruise credit to a cash refund for 100% of cruise fare paid on the cancelled booking.
- If you do not use your FCC in the 24 month period, you will automatically be refunded for 100% of cruise fare paid on the cancelled booking.
As your Agents, we at Vacation Superstore/Best Price Cruises are here to assist you. Currently, there is no need to cancel your cruise by calling us or by sending in a form. You will automatically receive your future cruise credit without doing anything else.
We will be reaching out to you during the next weeks to review if you have received the credit and discuss your future possible booking. At that time, we will also discuss your option, if desired, to convert your 125% credit to a refund at 100% value of your cancelled cruise.
