Today, we are proud to announce the extension of our Peace of Mind policy into 2021. Our hope is that this allows you to transform your destination daydreams and hopes into vacation reality.
Booking with confidence is now more important than ever, so under our extended Peace of Mind policy, for any existing or new reservations made by August 31, 2020.
Here’s how the extended Peace of Mind works:
- For Any Voyage embarking through 12/31/2020 (if booked by 8/31/2020): Guests are free to cancel anytime up to 48 hours in advance of your vacation start date. The Peace of Mind policy will avoid cancellation penalties that commence after final payment (60 days prior) by providing a future cruise credit of your full payment.
- For any voyage embarking 1/1/2021 through 10/31/2021 (if booked by 8/31/2020): Guests are free to cancel anytime up to 15 days in advance of vacation start date. The Peace of Mind policy will avoid cancellation penalties that commence after final payment (120 days prior) by providing a future cruise credit of your full payment.
- Cancellations prior to final payment will receive a cash refund of your deposit.
