We're sorry to let you know that your cruise with Princess has unfortunately been cancelled. This is because of the time and preparation it will take Princess to meet the requirements of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) "Framework for Conditional Sailing Order." And while we share in your disappointment, we're here to help you take advantage of the generous compensation option offered by Princess.

Whether you had paid in full or made partial payment, we encourage you to stick with Princess by accepting the special higher value Future Cruise Credit (FCC) offer. You’ll receive 100% of the value of the cruise or cruisetour fare paid as a Future Cruise Credit plus an additional 25% FCC. No action is required to select this option*.

You can use the Future Cruise Credits above on any voyage through May 1, 2022. We're happy to help you find your perfect cruise among the many sailings Princess has available.

Alternatively, you can forfeit the bonus FCC and request a refund for all money paid on your booking by using this Online Form: https://www.princess.com/pcl/. Please note, any refund request must be made by December 31, 2020, or you will automatically receive the FCC offer.

You’ll also be pleased to know that any money paid to Princess in excess of the cruise fare for Princess Vacation Protection, taxes, fees and port expenses, EZair or hotel packages will be refunded, as will any prepaid shore excursions and/or special service items.
