Unfortunately, as of yesterday afternoon, the government of Canada announced a one year extension to their ban of cruise vessels carrying more than 100 people from operating in Canadian waters. This extends the ban of cruise ships visiting Canada until February 28, 2022. This change in policy will likely result in the cancellation of all Alaska & Canada/New England cruises in 2021. At this time we have no additional information. Our Travel Advisors are awaiting notifications from the cruises lines and will reach out to you directly as soon as we know specifics pertaining to your cruise. If you are considering a 2022 cruise to these destinations to replace your 2021 vacation, we have added links and current promotions below for your reference. We believe that these likely cancellations will result in higher demand and 2022 prices may escalate quickly. Even in your disappointment, if you are considering rebooking these destinations, we suggest that you consider and possibly hold a booking to lock in your desired pricing and cabin location. Of course, we understand if you prefer to choose a different option once the Cruise Lines provides the protocols.
