Viking River & Ocean Cruises have made the difficult decision to voluntarily halt operations for your safety March 12th - April 30th, 2020.
For those with a now canceled sailing, Viking is offering you two options:
- Receive a Future Cruise Voucher valued at 125% of all monies paid to Viking that will be valid for up to 24 months after issuance. For additional flexibility, if you are unable to use your voucher, Viking will automatically send you a refund equal to the original amount paid after the voucher expires.
- Receive a refund equaling to 100% of all monies paid to Viking.
Please call us at 1-800-672-7485 or reply to this email with your cancellation reimbursement choice so that we may follow up with Viking on your behalf.
You do not need to also complete a Best Price Cruises cancellation form for any of the above listed sailings, and we of course are waiving any agency cancellation fees. We only need an email or phone call from you to submit your reimbursement choice.
