- They may call in to change Sailor names on offers if they wish to give these to

• This offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized
cabins/suites on the future voyage. Sailors may not downgrade to a Ltd View Sea
Terrace, The Sea View, Solo Sea View, Sea View Lock It In Rate, The Insider, Solo
Insider, or Insider Lock It In Rate cabin at a later date.
• Sailors may upgrade to a higher category, subject to availability.
- Sailors may participate in Level Upgrade Bid
• If a Sailor (Purchaser) had a First Mate on their previous reservation, the new
placeholder reservation will also include that same First Mate/agency.
• Confirmations: the Sailor is to receive confirmation emails
once booking flow is completed
• Back-to-Back sailors are to receive the offer ONLY after their last voyage has ended. If
a back-to-back sailor bought an onboard offer during at least one of his back-to-back
sailings , they are eligible for the offer.

JLOVERSLOOT, Lock It In Rates (for RockStar or Mega RockStar Quarters ONLY), Red
Hot Booking Months, and Sea-Blazers offers
• Not Combinable with Access Keys, Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates
My Next Virgin Voyage Original or Interim offer, other Post Voyage offers, First Mate
rates or comped Casino offers.
Procedure:
- There is currently a quantity limit of 4 offer purchases.
• Once they make the payment, a booking is created on a placeholder ship in Seaware.
• Sailors will receive a confirmation email with their booking confirmation #/RES ID
• Only (1) Post Voyage offer may be applied per RES ID / cabin
