CANCEL POLICY UPDATE
Azamara

To help you decide on your upcoming travel plans, Azamara is introducing our Cruise with Confidence policy. This means you have the option to cancel any voyage sailing now through July 31, 2020, and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit – good toward voyages that depart through December, 31 2021. If you’re making a new booking, Cruise with Confidence applies to you, too. Simply cancel – for any reason – at least 48 hours before your sailing, and within one week, you’ll receive your Future Cruise Credit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Cruise with Confidence policy?
Effective March 6, 2020, the new Cruise with Confidence policy allows our guests to cancel any cruise departing on-or-before July 31st, 2020, up to 48 hours before departure, and receive a Future Cruise Credit that can be applied to any future cruise departing in 2020 or 2021.

Do all sailings qualify for “Cruise with Confidence”?
The new Cruise with Confidence policy includes all sailings departing on-or-before July 31st, 2020 from any port.

How long will I have to redeem my Future Cruise Credit?
All Cruise with Confidence Future Cruise Credits must be redeemed on sailings departing on-or-before December 31, 2021.

How do I cancel or move my cruise?
Please give us a call. Remember, you must notify us by phone of your cancellation at least 48 hours before your sail date. We appreciate your patience as call volume may be higher than normal.

What happens if there’s a difference in cruise fare between the Future Cruise Credit I receive, and the cruise that I would like to book next?
If the cruise fare on your new booking exceeds the Future Cruise Credit’s value, you will have to pay the difference. Alternatively, if the new cruise fare is lower than the Future Cruise Credit’s value, a new Future Cruise Credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

Do standard Final Payment timelines still apply during this timeframe?

Upon cancellation, will I be credited for any pre-cruise purchases, for onboard products such as shore excursions, etc.?

For guests scheduled to sail on or before July 31, 2020 the “Cruise with Confidence” program allows individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups booked on Azamara to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date. Vacation start date includes any pre-hotel or Cruisetour packages booked through Azamara. The “Cruise with Confidence” program does not apply to bookings made by residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. If the guest opts for the “Cruise with Confidence” program, and cancels his/her cruise, a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) will be issued for the amounts paid to the cruise line. The FCC is non transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash. The FCC certificate’s value may be applied toward the cruise fare due on a new booking on the brand originally purchased. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request. Any booking made using the FCC must be used for a sailing that commences on or before December 31, 2021. If not used on or before December 31, 2021, the certificate will automatically expire and have no value. Restrictions may apply on stateroom category and applicable pricing and promotions. Program does not apply to chartered sailings. Guest will remain responsible for paying the applicable deposit amounts, taxes/fees, port expenses and gratuities for the new booking.
